In February my phone pay as you go phone died, I came into the Longbridge store, completely frazzled as what to do. Unfortunately I can't remember the guys name in store, but basically I came out later with a contract phone and wasn't told I couldn't get out of the contract for two years. I know everyone will say that's BS, but I categorically was not told I couldn't get out of the contract for two years. I have had a pay as you go phone for 20 years , so never knew that wasn't possible. When that time is up I will leave EE for definite

I've been with EE nearly 4 years and cant wait for my contract to end. The attitude of the staff in this store is wretched id rather crawl on my knees to the one in Bromsgrove than ask for anything in the longbridge store.\\nYou really get the feeling your not wanted in the store and the way they loaf around half asleep makes you want to rush into costa for an espresso to liven yourself back up it really is a zombie store.

Brilliant advice and customer care from Tom! Couldn't be any happier with this place! Went in looking for advice on a new phone, tom recommended a samsung to me and it's been bang on perfect, does exactly what I need and more! Cheers Tom!!

Been a few times now, very hard work getting proper attention. If you dont want to buy a phone its very much do what they have too to sort probs which takes ages, with lots of faff. Signed new contract for 18 months sim only, had to programme swop over details myself. Not a good experience in my view
