“Amazing shop, I went in last week on Saturday to see if they can fix two ps5 controllers with one having water damage and the other having severe controller drift. Not only have they fixed it perfectly they did it at a perfect price which was 25 pounds. The staff were very help ful and kind. They also fixed on on time which was this week Friday. They did a phenomenal job in total and I highly recommend fixing gaming accessories from them. I took a peek at their game selection and that too was phenomenal. Thank you game smart.”

“Emma at boots in departures at Birmingham has to be THE most amazing customer service person in the world. I called today to enquire about a product I wanted to travel with. She has gone above and beyond to find a way to make sure it’s there for me after I go through security next Tuesday when I travel. This has made packing a whole lot easier and I don’t have to feel anxious now about not having my essentials because they won’t go through security Emma was so helpful she really made me feel cared for in a way that you almost never do these days.\\n\\nThis should be a service from boots at airports, customers build their bag online and collect after security. You could even give them contacts for local charities who will take the products at their destinations if they don’t want to travel back with them.\\n\\nSterling service from Emma. “Came in because my pushchair was broken & jolting forwards wirh mh little girl in which was becoming really scary. Danni was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly & kind & she had all the time for us. She was happy to talk to us about the type of pushchairs I liked and worked with our budget too. She went up to the warehouse and then came back wirh 2 options and had found us a cheaper one which was exactly the same and asked if I'd like that one and then set it up for us so I could put my baby straight in it and use it right away. She really was wonderful. Her colleague Serena was really nice too and also helped make sure baby girl was comfortable in the pushchair too. Made an anxious mums time so much easier and will always be grateful!”
