Great experience throughout.Purchased decking boards from the Aston branch. Alex from the store helped me with the order with all the relevant information I needed. He was extremely prompt, efficient and polite, going the extra mile to achieve the best possible solution for me, whilst also maintaining a friendly, sunny disposition. Excellent customer service. Great products, but took ages to arrive, even then it was damaged.When I asked where the fence I'd already paid for was, they acted like a was being difficult.Finally I was told it was in their Tewkesbury depot and did I want it picked up!!!!Err yes, I'd paid to have it delivered.Grudgingly they said they'd do what they can and eventually it came a few days later.Even then, I had to take it off the van as the driver pulled a face when I said I wanted it in my garden.This is just a small part of the problems I had with these useless clowns.?
