I bought a Samsung 6 from this shop. The chap with a beard said our phones are from the factory etc. After 1 year my phone started playing about and said no network available. So I rang my network provider, they said your phone has been reported stolen and is blocked. I phoned the shop and the man said we don't sell stolen phones. He is a big list. Please don't buy phones from this shop

My advice is to completely avoid this fraudulent and incompetent company. I'm absolutely disgusted at the dishonesty that they run their business with. Purchased a phone from this shop for roughly £250 with guarantee. The phone kept freezing, turning off and the software was faulty. When I returned the phone for a refund he claimed the phone was "bent" and wouldn't return it. This was untrue as I returned the phone less than a week after purchase and it was in the same condition. As I said please don't waste your money and get a cheap phone from this company, just add a little more and buy a phone from a legitimate company.
