The worst customer service EVER! I was looking at other reviews and was literally not even shocked at what others said about the people that work in this store. I went to see if I could exchange a pair of shoes that did not fit my brother so wanted a size up, one of the guys I spoke to said they did not have any sizes so I can just return them. Unfortunately I didn?t have the card that was used to purchase it, so I said I?d come back the next day. I go back and the guy at the til was asking a billion questions asking if it?s been worn outside when I told him it hadn?t. Then asked for email confirmation, so told my brother to send it to me which he did by ss. He goes he needed the actual confirmation which was just ridiculous at this point. Before I could even show it to him he calls his manager or whoever this person was to ask if it could be returned. This person goes I need to return it with a label where it will get picked up from my house? I was fuming at this point as this was not mentioned on the receipt, and I said this should have been written on there. He shows me attitude saying ?well it?s online?..it?s how I got it up? I literally went to the store to return it as one of the workers I spoke to the previous day said I COULD AND WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT IF I HAD THE CARD. I don?t know why they be saying different things. Anyway, had no choice but to take the shoes back. Never buying things from here again. I?d recommend to stay away. I have no idea why some of the workers here act like they own Gucci, relax you work in retail hahahahaha. Don?t bother going to this store, customer service is ridiculous.

Footlocker Has No Respect For It's Customer's.I bought a lot of stuff from footlocker at afternoon and one of the coats I bought was a size to small for my son. I went back to the Birmingham footlocker in the next morning and the manager told me it was used when we had not used the coat because it was to small. It is shameful for him to humiliate a costumer and it was not even a full day that the coat was in my possession. The coat was not expensive it was just small so I had just thrown it away as it does not fit my son.

Good choice of products in a dungeon of a store. No wonder the staff look depressed. It's so dark in there that only accentuates the lack of natural light. Shame because as I said, a food choice of products in an excellent location within the Bull Ring. Therefore parking is easy, easy access to the train station and bus stops.
