Abigail in the Birmingham city centre store was extremely helpful and very polite. Her mannerism was excellent and she put me at ease when I entered the store as I was unsure if they could help me with an issue I had with my watch. But everything was sorted out perfectly. Thank you Abigail

I would rate this store 1 star due to the fact that we had specifically told the staff member when I needed my wedding ring. She said that they don't have my size in stock however she would put the order in straightaway. A week later I received a call to say they didn't have my size in stock and can put an order in.
