“The staff have always been helpful and never had an issue with them. The shop is often very busy and so can get very crammed, with queues for the tills going into the aisles which leaves minimal space for others to shop. However, lots of good deals and convenient disabled parking bays just outside the shop.”

“Its s big store. Doesn't have separate aisles like sainsbury or asda. The store have only 2 checkout counters and no self checkout which can be a bit of hassle.”

“My experience in farnfoods is that they have tons of deal and when u have multiple kids to feed and the want a sweet snack sometimes well u want a deal like 5 for a pound sweet which farmfoods offer they also have somemany friendly workers”

“I absolutely love this shop, great value and always so much variety, cheap and mostly good quality. Very convenient for me as I stop in on my way home from work pretty much everyday, noticed sometimes the stickers don't match the price at the tills but that's only happened twice so no issues really. Shop is clean and tidy. Only thing that lets the shop down is the fact the staff are incredibly rude, barely speak to you and are always chatting over the headset about mundane things, don't offer you a bag despite having a full basket and you have to repeat yourself quite a lot. There is one lovely male staff member that I know I'm going to have a great experience when he's on the tills!”

“Came in today, shop was tidy and well stocked unfortunately i couldn't find a product and asked a member of staff and mason stopped doing what he was doing and went above and beyond to help me, i must say he was really good. 1 happy returning customer here. much better than iceland or asda.”

“Love it. One of the best additions to one stop shopping. Some great bargains with really good shelf life. Aisles are very narrow and store is a bit cramped but people are courteous enough and find a way to make it work. Great place to grab a surprise discount or bargain on some of your favourite brands.”

“This is my local branch and I usually come here for stuff like general goods. However, this is the only branch that gives 2 Ben and jerrys for 6 quid.I went to tesco next door to it and they had Ben and jerrys for 5 pounds per one. I was in shock and disbelief that I have 2 for the price of one.Totaly would recommend this branch as they are selling very cheap ice creams. But, one thing I would improve is amount of staff as most of them were reticking and 1 was cashier.”

“Plenty of parking and easy to pop in and out quickly if travelling by car. I usually walk to this store though. Good selection of fresh produce and meats. Recently added a self-checkout area.”

“The big Aldi on College road is by far,the best and most 'value for money' place to shop conveniently for most locals in the area. Established,a few years now in it's very accessible spot with plenty of parking,including disabled and parents spaces. Friendly,helpful and knowledgeable staff with Aldis unbeatable prices make it the best place for our weekly shopping. Keep up the good work.”

“Great opening hours.Only place I know in Birmingham that offers post office services 7 days a week. An also open untill 10pm every night .Staff are polite , helpfull and friendly.”

“Had a problem with just one of the items I had delivered to me(Usually delivery from this store is good.)I tried to call store to let them know and have problem rectified but no answer called next day several times and left messages but still no answer. So I messaged Deano the store manager even though he was not at the store ( probably his day off ) he still resolved the issue with in the hour what an excellent manager he really cares about customers and his store. 10+ stars if I could but only 4 for the staff at store because you should really answer the phone incase of problems with deliverys. Also thank you to great delivery driver . Iceland is really lucky to have such a great manager ?”
