I'd not had a receipt emailed to me by the store so contacted Customer Services and within a few hours the receipt was emailed to me. Excellent service and so easy to get it sorted. Thank you!

Found a great little Carrera folding bike on the Halfords on line store but wanted to go into a store to have a closer lookI arrived at the store in Selly Oak found the bike and asked if I could have a closer lookThe store was pretty empty so I approached a person who worked on the bicycle section Didn?t get very good service from the assistant who was pretty keen on returning the bike to the rack so he could get onGood job I had done my own research on the bike as customer service was very poorWhen I went up to the counter and said I want to buy one I was told to come back TuesdayI said I want to take the bike with me todayAnd that I wouldn?t need the packaging and would assemble it myselfMaybe they don?t get many customers buying bikes there and then ?The paperwork was filled in and was asked if I wanted extra cover which I declined and was told that if there was anything wrong it would cost me £35 to have the bike set upI payed in full there and then and checked the bike was completeWhich I was told I had to pay for before opening the boxLuckily the bike was of good quality and pretty easy to put together myselfReally pleased with the bikeBut will probably take it to another store for service sadly

The Gentleman on Pick and Collect reception could not have been better. He was so helpful and knowledgable. I had a big problem with Halfords handling of my purchase and he guided me through with his professionalism, great advert for Halfords Selly Oak.

Was able to confirm online that the could fit a new bulb to my car and it was easy to make an appointment to do this.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend them.

Poor Customer Service, I have never come across staff that are totally disinterested in the needs of its customers.Most unhelpful none informative assistant ever to have had the displeasure of coming into contact with.Runny a business where Customer service is key, is what has bought me to comment.This lost your store a sale of £? Unable to give amount .

Worst Halfords possibly ever. Just made an official complaint about them through the right channels. Horrible customer service, false accusations levelled at their customers because they are too disorganised and lazy to properly look at stuff etc. if you go to another store and tell them about that Halfords, they will say Christ, not Selly oak again. Just shows. The woman pretending to manage is beyond terrible and should have any job that involves dealing with customers. Avoid! Go to Ventura or Oldbury branch they are amazing.

Excellent service, great staff who are friendly, efficient and helpful. Been twice in a week, had to book but that wasn't a problem. Did have a little trouble getting through by phone but they returned my call and got it sorted.
