I turned up at 7.30am and started acting like a mechanic using google as my guide to replace my headlamp bulb. After getting the bulb out, dropping my tool bits down the grill, I was stuck and likely would have spent the day trying to retrieve my torx H4 needed to replace my bulb. My day was saved just after 8 when Shabs arrived and immediately remedied my problem. He couldn?t help enough, even trying to retrieve my tool with his awesome magnetic probe. He clearly knew his onion?s and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Halfords at Sheldon and I will definitely return if the need arises.

Has everything you expect from a halfords store.The manager was very friendly and helpful.(Mature English man with glasses).Staff like him is what makes the whole experience pleasant.???

I was disappointed that my previous Halfords bulbs only lasted 11 months, but ordered, collected and fitted a new set by ?T?? at Sheldon in the pouring rain without a canopy at 7:15 pm on a dark rainy Wednesday night. He was super nice, patient, helpful and got the job done in about 10 mins. Fair play.

Staff always very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought three new wiper blades, had them fitted after just a short wait. Decided to use my premium plan to have a free check on tyres, screen wash and top up, oil check etc. Very helpful young man did all this, and pointed out the coolant was low, so I bought some and that was topped up too.So pleased with everything, got home and washed the car. All done!Have also booked my free MOT and added a service too.Thank you!

No customer service, Dealt with 2 counter staff who couldn't be bothered . Ordered a part and was told it would be 1.5hrs.After payment was taken they said it would be between 1.5hrs and 3 days ,waited 5 days and had to phone the store for updates.Will not be using this store again.Plenty of other car part stores to choose from.

Staff seem inexperienced and uninterested. That's when you can find them. Big queue at till and stock levels erratic on certain items. I wanted to buy the kids bikes...but no help or approach by staff to do so. Another shop got my business with did want to help...

Today 3/8/23 my battery died while I was outside Halfords. I rang the AA but they was going to take forever to come out. I went into Halfords upset. I can't remember the 3 members of staffs name who came to my rescue. One was the reception guy, the other was the manager and other fitted me a new battery. You 3 men have the best customer service. The manager checked my car over and put a diagnostic thing on it then informed me of all the info and choices I had. The other man who fitted my battery explained in detail what he was doing and the guy on reception was the one who immediately rang for help. You guys really did brighten up my day. Well done manager for having a Fantastic team and being Fantastic yourself

Had the pleasure of being served by Gerry on the Cycle desk who was so helpful, professional and courteous. When I buy my son his next bike, will definitely look to be served by Gerry. So refreshing to have such excellent customer service at a time it's so rare in retail!

Ordered energy gels as well as hydration tabs for an up and coming cycle trip abroad. On the store web page they said they had them in store and ready for collection. But later on I received a call from the store saying that one of the orders wasn?t on store stock and would take at least a week for delivery.I said that I was not happy as that would be too late as o would have gone but the manager called Josh came on the phone said he would personally drive to another store on his way home and would collect the missing item. Big thanks to Josh at the Sheldon branch Birmingham.

Halfords are too expensive they're more like ( Harrods London ) when it comes to bike repairs.???I've also ordered online from Halfords but when you want to return goods for a refund you have to go to the store. That's"Absolutely ridiculously amateur .."!now I have to cycle approximately 10 miles just to get a refund.???oh well , at least I'll keep fit.

Sadly poor. Ordered online for click and collect. Staff posses zero customer service skills. Order was unable to be fulfilled even though stated 'ready to collect'. Wrong item given which was significantly cheaper than ordered and paid for - only discovered when got home. Tried to resolve over the phone but was on hold for 45 mins+. Another journey back to store to resolve. Absolute drips, no apology, no awareness.YOU CAN'T TRUST HALFORD'S
