I don't know why this branch has such a low rating. My wife and I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and understandably, there were a lot of people waiting. However, a staff member - who's been standing all day as part of the job - greeted and treated us politely, and got our work done very swiftly. We were happy with the service. Thank you!

Useless customer service, very rude staff, they don?t care, just to print a bank statement , they will keep pushing you around from one person to the other just because some of them are so lazy to actually attend to customers!

Saturday morning waiting for branch to open, when it did finally open a couple of minutes after 9.00 am I went to carry out my transaction at the till only to be told the cashiers weren't ready yet and it would be a wait of around 15 minutes. When the Manager came over I said they should be ready to serve when the branch opens and he said there was a problem with the safe. Finally got served at 9.15 am.

Awful customer service was left waiting ages for an advisor plus when I did finally get one she was laughing behind the counter with her colleagues about the details on my passport didnâ??t even make it discreet.This is the second encounter that Iâ??ve had with this individual.

Halifax temporarily blocked my card after an online purchase, I came into here to unblock it with ID etc and they conveniently said my card chip was damaged after they struggled to unlock it a few times and gave up, even though it was working just fine before that phone call. Staff seemed to know full well that they had accidentally blocked it completely from what they were saying to each other but were rude and put the blame on me, passed me about and gave me contradictory information from information desk to cashier. Really frustrating and rude patronising customer service.
