Big shout out to Shirley branch. Very helpful staff, very pleasant, transaction quickly completed, good old fashioned service, unlike so many stores today who make you feel as though you are a nuisance simply for wanting to buy something!

Was told to get milk thistle tables didn't know what they were for. The woman who served me told me all the information on what they were for. She was very friendly and helpful.

One of the staff that works there (mature lady short, with short greyish hair and wears glasses) is extremely grumpy and never smiles. I hate walking into this H&B since soon as you do you get greeted by a grumpy look...she shouldn't work there if she doesn't want to talk to people!

I felt like I was being mugged in the corner and I couldn't leeve until you took my money lol but then I got the strength to leeve and ended up with 2x the value of your protein products for half the price of your mars bars!! Robbing bastards
