I was not sure how to order ice cream in the beginning, but the lady there was so nice. She helped me go through the selections to see what I liked the best, and even better when she suggested I use my membership to have a discount which I did not know.

Rude staff I shop in here twice a week and the way they talk to you and look at you like they are some sort of royalty they need more training on how to address customers and stop standing around speaking

I had the best experience today shopping in store today, Jade was beyond helpful and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble, the lady at the till Nikita was also lovely, massive credit to the store.

Love this shop. Chocolate is super lovely. It?s a great place for gifts, they sell exotic alcoholic drinks too! I buy the selectors for a treat for myself haha. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my birthday treat too, thank you ?

Customer service from Jade was absolutely wonderful, I came in Friday 16/6/2023 in the morning. She made me feel welcome and we connected. The products were delightful too. HC should recognise her efforts, she went far and beyond with the service I've received.
