Friday, 26th November, at the JD Sports store. I had visited the store to return four items I had previously purchased.I was assisted by a young black lady wearing a Trapstar hoodie, who initially accepted my return. However, after seeking authorization from the manager, the return was not approved. During this process, only two out of the four items were returned to me.Upon realizing the discrepancy, I brought it to the attention of the staff member, and unfortunately, she argued and challenged me rather than addressing the issue. Additionally, attempts to contact the store by phone proved unsuccessful, as the number provided did not work. Customer service support was also unhelpful in resolving this matter.I am reaching out to seek your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue promptly. It is crucial that the missing items are accounted for, and I hope this can be resolved amicably. I believe a review of CCTV footage from the mentioned date and time would provide clarity on the incident.

Absolutely shocking service! They have about 20 staff all doing nothing but chatting or walking around aimlessly. Actually felt like I was interrupting their conversation when I went to the tills, zero customer service skills, nothing but attitude from all the staff I interacted with.

Abysmal service. Asked to try a pair of trainers. Waited for ten mins. Asked again and the she then asked her colleague to get them. The attitude on the girl was quite incredible if she doesn't want to do her job she should sack it off. Anyway, Miss Thing has passed me onto the Boy Wonder. He rocks up with a box... Looks promising. Entirely different shoe to the one I requested. She then arrives on scene and asked me if I'm sure they aren't the correct ones. It's farcical. I asked them both to compare the one I wanted and what they brought. Other customers were laughing at them. Incompetence doesn't begin to describe it. Avoid.

Rude staff, they are ignoring you. I've asked for one size of converse and the guys just continue chatting with his colleagues. When I've asked second time he said has no long until his shift is done so other colleague can do it... Disgusting

Five star service from the pregnant girl working on the tills today. So helpful and even got me £42 through jd app,thank you soo much??..unlike the 1 star service I received off the nigerian guy on the trainer department who couldnt work the scanner to search for sizes so just said they didnt have the size and couldn?t check another store as he doesnt have the brain capacity to check?.thumbs down to you bro?..give him some training oh and some lip balm

Asked an assistant manager for some help and was responded with a rude response of I?m busy just have another look your self or ask someone else. I asked another member of staff for his name and was told his name was youns and was not happy with my visit on 7th October.

Made a journey to return an item but store was closed. Says it is open till 9pm. Currently 7.20pm. Disappointing.

Customer service/floor team are rude and not interested in being proactive in telling people who are waiting outside that the store doesn?t open till 11. They just walk past or stand there and shut the door and shutters on people repeatedly. No opening times on the store window to aid this either. Jd truly doesn?t care about their customers, just the income. Any one of the team members could have took the time to inform the people waiting that we have an hr to go but none of them did. One even said in response to me asking as it?s 10 o?clock, ?5 more minutes?
