Worst JD store ever!. Whenever you walk in all the workers are always standing in a big circle, getting told off by their manager which is not professional. He shouldn't really be telling them of infront of customers. Ive heard him actually shout at staff. If you need help the manager doesn't let the staff help you and starts interrupting and talking to them. The managers on the tills dont know what to do and ask you so many questions and force you to buy some crep spray. So many times one of the nice guys has served me on tills and when he asks for a manager through the radio for a refund, no one turns up, and then he has to walk upto the front of the shop just to get a manager, why don't the managers get more training and be more alert instead of chatting.

So I went shopping with my grandson. Lots of very good parking at JD. Staff very helpful. And managed to save some money. Always a bonus.

Abbie Sanders is a horrible employee! If I was the store manager I would fire her immediately. What she did is not even appropriate enough to post on here!!! Shame on her for treating customers like that!

Rude staff. Not very polite or helpful either. Only came here to return 2 items that were delivered today the items were great just sizes were not suitable however the young lady that was dealing with me was acting like I was bothering her by simply being there. Definitely not 1st choice of store only came in as it was convenient for the returns.

Rubbish customer service - manager seems to be trying but none of the staff appear to careWent to collect an order and after waiting 10 minutes asked how long it would be & turns out no one even went to get it. Girl who served me tells the manager she asked for it 20 minutes ago while she's smirking away. Absolute idiots

Rude clueless staff in this store second time I have been here and it definitely is the last, both times the service was absolutely atrocious. Half the stuff they can't be asked to put prices up especially the sale stuff. The changing rooms are always out of order staff too busy on their phones to bother with customers. Last time same issue empty store had to wait almost 30 minutes for my click and collect parcel. Sort the staff out JD's you need a good manager in here.

Stupid small Asian lady on shoes doesn?t have no manners I think her brain doesn?t function correctly . After telling her repeatedly to help No help or service is provided someone please put some sense into her. Managers don?t care about there jobs not surprised when they are on minimum wage Please don?t take your mood onto customers take it out on yourself. Seriously

Left work early, to purchase a last minute gift.Arrived at 8.20pm and the store is closed, it?s meant to be open until 9pm.Others had arrived & you could see the confusion when they looked at the time.Waste of journey, time & petrol, next time I will go to footlocker

Really rude staff, had over £150 worth of clothes that I wanted to purchase. Asked to use changing rooms and was told they are out of order.This as always the case at this store. Everyone is treated like a thief.Left clothes there and left. Waste of time

Can get quite crowded as the store is small compared to others. Well stocked, and plenty of staff around to help
