i?m really upset that i?ve had to come and write a formal complaint about this pharmacy.I?ve come into this pharmacy twice this month and i?ve been HARRASSED by the bloke with green eyes. About getting a covid booster , which i outrightly do not want.He has told me to bring everyone in my family in to have one done. AGAIN which i have told him no he kept begging.I can never come in and get what i intended to get as the pharmacy either has no stock or they cannot find my prescription.Every other day it?s like he keeps offering to everyone to get a booster. WHICH SHOULD BE FREE WILL. This bloke is a dirty money hungry waste man.All the staff members look overworked and fed up. He has about 20 million posters on the windows about flu jabs or vaccinations bear in mind they get paid for everyone they do.I?m physically coming into the pharmacy next week to complain in person and i will take this up with to a higher authority to complain. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I visited jhoots Pharmacy at Fox & Goose today for my booster jab. Had a slight panic in relation to the jab and was met by two very young ladies who were so professional & manage to calm me down with the confusion. So proud of two young girls. An absolute asset to the pharmacy, thank you again girls. Excellent customer service.

Turn up 8 mins before 9am. Was told would open at 9. 9am let delivery driver in but not customer... No compassion. Would it have hurt to let me in 8 mins early?...seems like a mess from outside anyway. Ward end pharmacy is better no fuss there at all.

I took a family member here today for covid booster and was told before hand to wear a mask which we would anyway but there so many people in there with no mask on The waiting area was very small space and member staff had her mask under her nose she was sneezing and coughing touching her nose couldn't get out of there quick enough

Very disappointing customer service , was let down as important medication not delivered at promised time, has to go and pick it up from pharmacy !!!

Discusting service every month they dont have my medication and have to order it also been lied to about it not being in stock anymore and staff well what can I say apart from they all need the sack useless lot
