Can?t give zero stars so well done to Jhoots on getting one! Absolutely the worst pharmacy if you can even call it that. Surprised not been shut down. Shop in disarray, no items to be seen on shelves, looks like a front for some dodgy business. The ?dispensers? dressed in trackies, hoodies and trainers looked like they were prating about in a science lesson at school. When I enquired as to what their job role was and why they were dressed so unprofessionally I was met with hostility by the pharmacist who snatched my baby?s antibiotics back and refused to give them to me in case I blame her for some type of reaction he may have. Serves mostly people collecting methadone scripts, I suggested maybe this is why they put so little care into their business? Awful, dodgy and dangerous. AVOID!!

The closest pharmacy to my house, the staff are friendly and helpful. I use their umbrella services and collect my medication from here often, and I haven't had any issues.

They are never open during their opening hours. I have prescriptions I need to pick up during their opening hours and they're not open until Monday. The sign says 9-1 and 2-6 which is a lie. How am I supposed to be able to get my meds on time or plan when to get them when no one is told they're not open when they should be. It's happened twice now, this is a joke.

This chemist is the only one that actually has my meds in stock when I go, I've been to about 5 nearby and none of the have had my medication in stock and they have to be ordered in. Also, if they don't have the full amount right away, they will often give a smaller supply to tide you over until they get the rest of the order in. As a result, even in emergencies, I've always been able to get what I've needed very quickly. For someone who is quite forgetful, this is a godsend when I'm running low.Lovely staff too, they will get in touch if there's any issues and sort them out ASAP.

I don't know why people are complaining not having their medicines when they showed up. You can call in advance to check if the medicines are ready for pick-up. The staff are nice there.

They either don't have my medication, and they once gave me half and asked me to come back for the rest a few days later. When I did come a few days later, they had no idea what they'd done with my prescription (thankfully I'd kept a picture of it on my phone), and couldn't tell me what happened to the medication. Yesterday I turned up (alongside other people) at 2:15 to find they were closed. No notice on the door and not answering the phone although they were supposed to be open. I've asked my GP to not send the prescription to this pharmacy anymore.

The worse pharmacy I every been to, terrible staff horrible management of prescription, they never have anything available and they treat you like you are nothing. People that was supposed to be doing this to safe/support lives are just there for the sake of making everyone else life harder.

Our local Pharmacy. Friendly staff and decently stocked on all over the counter medicine. Even if they don?t have your prescribed medicine in stock, they?re always fast on deliveries.
