I have been takin my 12 year old son Toby to Jon for the last 6 months for 1 on 1 boxing training.Jon quickly recognised Toby had a boxing talent and has brought him on very fast in terms of technique and confidence.Jon has great first hand knowledge and is fantastic at motivating, inspiring and teaching the correct techniques. Toby cannot wait to train each time. I cannot recommend enough. Keep up the great work Jon and thank you.

Have just recently started training with Jon. 4 sessions in and I'm already noticing a difference. Also, even though Jon has a busy schedule, he still fits you in the day and timing that suits you which is very beneficial.

Jon is unquestionably a top, top coach with an insane amount of knowledge on personal training and combat sports that make his sessions effective and enjoyable.I started training with Jon back in September 2022. Having never set foot in a boxing ring my goal was to improve my fitness levels, learn a bit of boxing and hopefully gain enough experience to start sparring. Less than 4 months on I?m feeling in great shape and I?m already enjoying light sparring with Jon?s other clients, who are all great guys.I definitely recommend Jon?s classes to anyone as, fitness wise l, it?s the best decision I?ve ever made. I?m really excited to see what progress I can make over the next 12 months.I decided to look into PT after years of training on my own and going through the same old cycle. Training well for a few months then busy dad/work life would take over and I?d lose track and be back to square one again. Jon has helped me stay focused and with his sessions and guidance i can finally say I?ve broke that cycle by finding a fitness regime that is enjoyable, challenging and also mentally stimulating.Big thanks to Jon and his clients who have made me feel really welcome down the gym.
