When I arrived the two men at the desk were in hoodies and one said in an unprofessional way they couldn't do my service today as the man who does it on annual leave and that no one else is authorised, but they could still do the MOT. I said I'd booked it for today and why did the system allow me. One of them said they only found out 3 days days before. I thought later, well why didn't one of them call me in advance it check it was OK. I said I'd go ahead with it but hoped the lack of a service wouldn't affect the MOT. I was not impressed.

They found out there was a puncture in 1 tyre and changed the tyre straight away. Proffessional friendly sevice. Price of tyre was OK. All sorted quickly.

I had booked and paid for a full service on my vehicle, only to have the service cancelled upon my arrival which was inconvenient. The manner in which the situation was handled by the staff and the manager was, to say the least, appalling.My initial interaction with a member of staff was far from professional. Instead of a warm welcome, I was greeted with an unenthusiastic "yay." When I explained that I was there to drop off my vehicle for service, the staff member simply walked off into the workshop without providing any guidance or assistance.Subsequently, I was approached by a second staff member who repeated the same lackluster greeting. However, this individual informed me that they were unable to perform the service on my vehicle that day. This abrupt revelation was both unexpected and disappointing, considering I had booked the service in advance.The gentleman I will presume was the manager informed me that the service had been cancelled due to a mechanic phoning in sick. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the complete lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by the manager was inexcusable. Instead of offering a reasonable solution or demonstrating empathy, the manager was rude, aggressive, and dismissive, asserting that it was not his problem.This response was not only unhelpful but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. A simple and courteous explanation, along with an apology, and maybe even a quick look at the computer to see if they could book my vehicle in another day would have gone a long way in diffusing the situation and maintaining a positive customer-business relationship.To compound matters, when I requested a refund for the service, I encountered a prolonged delay of half an hour without any resolution. Only for the manager to say ?what?s your last name? not even an apology for the wait. This, coupled with the witnessed aggression and unprofessionalism of the manager towards another customer who had obviously been disappointed with the service and the customer actually had to tell the manager not to be so aggressive all while another member of staff stood with him munching on a pasty in front of the customer.I can honestly say I?m a little disappointed I didn?t have time to spend the rest of the day watching the Kwik Fit version of faulty towers unfold.As a paying customer, I expected a level of service that aligns with Kwik Fit's reputation or what I thought it to be. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. The dismissive attitude of the manager not only reflects poorly on the Erdington branch but also tarnishes the overall image of Kwik Fit as a service provider.

There done the brake fluid service but didn?t update the I drive and told me it?s done. When I drove back home then I realised that they didn?t update the I drive in the car. Drove all the way back and then they told me that ATS machine is not working and I have to keep ringing then and ask if the machine is fixed then they will let me know. Poor service. If the machine was faulty then they should have told me before or after the service was done. Not for me to drive all the way back and then come back, only to find out that it wasn?t working. Now I have to keep ringing them and have to fine another time, to go and get the idrive updated. Poor, poor, poor

Customer care was exceptionally good
