The manager in the soho road branch was disgusting her attitude stank and she had 0 respect with her Ben up shoe dem if it wasn?t for the well-being man we wouldn?t have been heard. She needs to be fired with her racist self. Her collegue asked her who I was and she continued to say ?the black girl? get her out of there the worst customer service ever! As a manager you should be someone your colleagues can look up to but she just treats people like seh dem ah dutty darg.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Rude staff specially a lady called Raveena her attitude stinks, i loved using this bank on a day in day out basis but cause of her im closing my account with Lloyds, thank you very much for your stinking attitude!

It's Lloyds. They're happy to shut down your account and ask questions later. Not much help, find a different bank.

Had an issue with my online banking, was told that they do not do enquiries after 4pm and did not offer to book an appointment to sort the issue. I was advised to return on Saturday morning. Bare in mind no attempt was made to even contact the fraud department, to resolve the issue. Poor customer service.
