They should train their staff to be more professional. The young black lady who handled my case wasn't pleasant, spoke to me in a rude sort of tone. That's not how a professional banker should talk to a customer. She even kept taking my phone from my hand to check the app, instead of asking me to give it to her. I was glad my problem was resolved in the end.Go to a different branch.

Bank with Lloyds Harborne for more than 10 years. Staffs there used to be so friendly and helpful. Since the beginning of this year, new staffs were just so rude. Not enjoying going in the branch recently.

The 4* is for the service offered by Leah Taylor at this branch. I can?t justify giving Lloyds a 5* rating but Leah deserves the credit! Lloyds have caused me nothing but hassle over the last few weeks and this amazing soul has been the only worker who has actually helped. GRATEFUL!

Following the closure of my local branch my account was transfered to this branch. Having travelled a couple of miles and eventually found somewhere to park, my wife and I visited this branch for the first time only to be confronted by a long queue. We decided not to stay.

Unfortunately, Lloyds Bank are closing many branches which is causing problems if you wish to withdraw cash above the atm limit. I have been asked to move from Selly Oak, Cotteridge and now the University branch because they are closing. Harborne I was advised was my next best one to use. Again today there are too few staff available for the number of customers wishing to use the branch. I chose to leave when I saw there were already ten people waiting and more arriving. It seems that customers wishing to still see cashiers or talk face-to-face with staff are an unnecessary nuisance. I am sure competitor banks are following the same cost cutting measures but I will check.

The bank manager, Raj Kang was extremely rude and had no business being in a customer service position, no patience what so ever, i did not disrespect her in any way shape or form and was accused of lying and "changing your story" when i forgot about a transation i made three weeks ago. I understand you're the big boss but if you can't speak to people you should get someone else to do the job, left feeling condescended and disrespected. Me and my whole family are now moving to TSB. The interaction started by her asking me when the transaction was, i told her about three weeks ago, after 10 minutes of accusing me of lying i was able to find the exact date, (around 3 weeks ago like i said) and she replied "so it wasn't three weeks ago?" YES IT WAS. HOW DID U GET A MANAGER POSITION?? A simple my bad or sorry, my mistake would of solved that, obviously on a power trip. I asked her why do i have to explain my transactions genuinely looking to get educated because i dont know, she said your free to make a complaint. WHAT?

Why they are still closing so early is beyond me - waiting for them to re-open was another thing.... If costa can open usual hours, surely Lloyds can, considering banks are "essential"

Unbelievably incompetent, rude staff . Just wanted to register a LPA. Said would be fine , waited 15mins, as instructed, staff rude and fumbling stuttering staff said need appointment! Rubbish service.

Good place went There with the problem. The lady who i spoke to help me a lot and get my problem sort it within a minutes she was nice and so helpfull. Nice place to deal with ;)
