Branch was supposed to close at 1pm yet at 12.54pm tried to enter to make a deposit only to be told they were closed despite about ten people still inside and the immediate deposit machine still in operation. Why say the branch closes at 1pm. Do you have to be in before a certain time? Very poor customer service

The service I received at this Lloyds bank was absolutely disgusting. The issue I have is quite serious and the lady I spoke to regarding my issue didnt seem to be interested to help. She walked around with my passport not telling me she has made a copy of it. I was told to have a seat so I sat there for about 20mins in tears because I just wanted to sort the things out but she couldn't care less. At the end she told me she needs to post the papers somewhere else and when I asked her where do you need to send them and what's going to happen next, I didnt get the answer. She just walked off.

Such an un co operative bank, every single member of staff I spoke to regarding my issue didn?t pay any attention whatsoever, or note what I had said down. Therefore, I was having to repeat myself every time I was calling; as well as being left on hold for a whole hour. Every body save yourself some time and DO NOT BANK WITH LLOYDS.

I lost money in a machine and one of the staff helped me she got some out and went behind the machine and got the rest but when I got to the counter she denied that she had helped me I even asked them to check there camera but thay just didn?t care I have been with Lloyds bank for over 45 YEARS and I?m absolutely discussed thay way thay treated me

I recently used this branch for the first time in years. I found the customer service assistant and the cashiers friendly, knowledgeable (I was there about a problem) and helpful. However, I cannot believe how long it took. I was at the front of the queue, but waited a very long time because both cashiers were occupied with customers who had problems, and one customer was also being very uncooperative. By the time I was dealt with, the queue was out of the doors. I blame management for not monitoring the queue and failing to bring in additional staff, and also for not being aware that a member of staff was struggling with a difficult customer. Thankfully, I am able to do most of my banking online.
