Local bank. It's the only Lloyd's Bank for miles now, actually,since the ones in Moseley Village were closed, so it's well used. Usually friendly, approachable, and helpful staff ready to help.

I normally do most of the banking online, a refund came through as cheque, went to deposit during lunch hour. 3 counters open, 2 were serving old customers and one young lady was working on some cash. Wait was nearly 10-15 min, no issues with the wait timing. I was called by the young lady who was cashing, in a very rude manner, no hello, no smile, no eye contact, looked like she wanted to deal with me in 2 min and throw me out. No professionalism, have been banking with them for almost 15 years, will never visit this branch again, even though it is close to where I live. Pathetic customer service.

What a terrible bank all i wanted was change for a £20 note as i had no small change for the charity next door to be told they wouldn't change it as i don't bank with them, the experience made my mind whether i should bank with them in the future no way dreadful

Been to the king's heath branch today. I was there before closing, still they refused to serve me. A male staff told me, they can't serve me today because only one cashier open. I was waiting in line and they still refused to serve me. Very poor customer service.

This morning I went to deposit some old £20 notes and asked if I can have new notes in exchange.The cashier to my surprise said I need 2 forms of I'd.I explained I'm depositing the money why don't I need 2 forms of I'd to deposit.This bank treats people like criminal's always suspicious.They're happy depositing your money but really a pain when with withdrawals are made.She had my account details, I do internet banking, still she wanted two form of I'd.Will be looking somewhere else for my banking needs.

I came into branch to sort out my bank card which is not working. Over the past 6 months my bank cards just stop working for some reason. Every time I order a new one it lasts about 2 months before it stops working causing me great inconvenience .I Came in the branch to sort this out and was seen to 20 minutes later. When I was seen by the assistant she tried to blame me for putting card in nagnetic phone case but I already explained to her that I have previously asked if it was my phone case causing phone to malfunction and the Lloyds bank staff who I spoke to recently assured me that it is not my phone case. Last time I sorted this issue over the phone the operator ordered a new card for me but kept current card active so I could still make purchases over the internet. Today the woman I spoke to in branch cancelled my card so I can?t make internet purchases until new card arrives. I buy much needed supplies online as online prices make business viable. Because of Lloyd?s Work has come to a halt until new card arrives. Today I will open an account with somebody else.

Fantastic customer service went there on an extremely busy day I approached Barclays Halifax and Santander before arriving at lloyds the customer service compared to the rest was unbeatable man at the door was extremely helpful very understanding you'd assume it was his own business with how helpful he was the whole team there play there part brilliant customer service can't complain

I would say, after banking with Llyods for 35 years, and moving in-numeral times, that this is , by far , the most unprofessional Llyods I?ve ever visited. I?m sorry but one of the girls looked like she?d just got in from a nightclub. There?s never any change ( you have to ring through.....never had to do that before.I simply don?t feel ?safe? when I do a transaction. I would bet my bottom dollar there are more mistakes in this branch than many others.

Just been sent across the road to a banking competitor because there cash desk wanted to close a little earlier, cheers for the shody service and late fee I've now got to pay ? just a little advice maybe change your open times to represent when your active for business
