Closing times are a joke. Some people don't finish work at closing time if not longer. please extend closing times maybe twice a week so workers can sort things.

I got to the short que instore and a man that thought he had some power over me took it upon himself to tell me someone else was before me(Which they weren't) because she was slower ...seriously it wouldn't happen in any retail store or driving, you'd pass a slow driver... first in first served, that's life. I will not use this bank again. The customer was rude too but I guess the area speaks for itself.Apparently I also can't reopen my savings account must do it online or make an appointment. Complete joke I was already there and the lady just didn't know how to do it as she tried and I'm not making an appointment when she'd already started the process and I'm there. And it wouldn't work from my mobile that why I'd come into store.Terrible service!!

Waited over 20 minutes to get a statement printed for an upcoming interview.1 person and 1 pc working. Only 2 people were ahead of me.3 stars as David was very helpfulbSystems were down sadly store is like a sauna!!!!!

This branch is pretty good near to my house but when I putting some money into my account one of the cashier was asking me to straighten all notes for her and I feel bit awkward ..first time experiencing this kind of service.

Today I have been trying to phone Lloyds bank Continuously for 15 minutes Their customer service is a load of rubbish as their long-term customer There service is absolutely diabolical If you are thinking about joining Lloyds D?ONT Go elsewhere.

A small bank branch that is usually fairly busy. Online banking means that I rarely have to visit here, but it's always a pleasant experience. The tellers are friendly and helpful. There are two machines inside the bank to deposit money into your account using physical notes. There are two ATMs inside the building and two outside.
