I have been using this Manor Pharmacy since the merger with Lloyd's and have always received excellent customer service from the Pharmacist and Receptionists. In particular from Zara for her assistance in sourcing a difficult to obtain prescription.

Having worked in pharmacy for a few years now and understanding the challenges they face, I give credit to this local pharmacy. Helped me out when I truly needed them and made sure I was looked after. Staff are approachable and dealt with my query in confidence. They even delivered my medication to the house for free. Highly recommended.

Received shocking customer service here today, was stood at the till in pain waiting to buy a shoulder compression sleeve while 2 female workers had a laugh and a giggle and proceeded to ignore me. Disgusting really, I walked out in the end, will try my best to avoid in future but unlikely as its the closest pharmacy to me. Fairly typical experience since its been under new ownership.

Service at pharmacy is shocking, waited over 30 minutes for prescription to be dealt with. Since the pharmacy merged from Lloyds it?s gone down hill when it was original manor pharmacy never had these issues

I used this Pharmacy today really feel the lady serving people on the counter was the only good person in this Pharmacy.The colleagues dealing with the prescription really need to be trained properly my experience today was awful since Lloyds handed over the shop to this company.

Popped into the Pharmacy on the way to the Airport to get last min items we had planned to get from the Airport. Great location as this is set back from the main road and has plenty of parking space outside.The staff were really polite, helpful and advised on which items would work best for us. They have a large variety of items branded and non branded giving you the option to be able to buy within your budget.The Pharmacist in store was very knowledgeable and provided us with medicines for our travel, again options to suit for our budget, saved us ££?s compared to what we would have spent at the Airport.A***** service. Highly recommend.
