Ordered a large meal. The burger was great, but the fries were cold, so I went back through the drive-through. The staff gave me replacement fries, but they were medium size, the staff didn't believe me, so they went in the bin to check and didn't wash her hands! So I went back around and said they should be large, whilst eating some as I was pekish. Another staff rudley asked me why I am eating them if they are cold, I explained that was the first time, I am very hungry and had wanted a McDonalds for "fast-food" and he didn't believe me until he asked the first colleague to verify. Will not be returning!

Went through the drive through and staff seemed miserable, upon paying I was polite and said thanks to which I received a dirty look. When I arrived to the collection window the bag was essential tossed at me. The food I received was appalling with the cheese from the burger hanging out. Bummed I didn?t take a photo but to those reading this, when at star city don?t go here it will ruin your day.

Rubbish service. Uber eats taking over car park and if you are disabled you are not wantedWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible as the delivery drivers take all the parking and it's not McDonald's fault even though it's there car park. Illegal shower
