30 minute wait for a basic order. Given substitute fruit without being asked as they had run out of the fruit bags I asked for. I wouldn't mind but they weren't busy when i arrived. Staff heard arguing about orders. Not even an apology.

Because of my job as Taxi driver i drop a costumer and most ofvthe time i buy Black coffee ?? although now little more expensive but is ok now you paying £1,39Parking: Is nice area and there is a lot parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: I think that they have Wheelchair accessibility ?? ??

Avoid this place at all costs. The fries are bland and gross, the chicken is not Halal here but it tastes awful because I've tried it in Dubai before. I hate fish as well. My only option of food in this place is fish and fries. I really hate fish and it's disgusting.

Absolutely disgraced order off uber eats and had big tasty along side other things and took one bite the texture was off which made me physically sick shortly after, to find the burger was completely raw vile vile vile will be phoning head office in the opening hours, have tried calling the restaurant but no answer considering i work in hospitality i know food needs to reach a core temperature of 75 degrees and this certainly wasnt i cant believe food is being sent out like this there going to kill someone if this isnt rectified!

It's McDonalds there's not a lot to explain. Although I will say it can be slow in the drive thruOk so this is an edit, I eat lunch almost every day here at this particular McDonald's. Most day's it's fine, but some days I wonder if they just hire anyone. In the fast-food industry napkins and sauces should be a MUST. This should be protocol, especially at McDonald's chains. Also, whoever has been actually MAKING the burgers seems to be just throwing it together blindfolded. The pickles/gherkins are all in one place in the middle of the burger, sometimes the top bun is half way off. Today the top bun was folded over so that the cheese stuck to the paper and came off the burger. We go through the drive thru and don't check till we get home to eat it, otherwise I would bring it to their attention right then and there. Also 3-4 times now this year my coke tastes like it's either not coke or it's the last of the coke in the pump just before they change it. And this is my true review of Bordesley Green McDonald's..Edit... Unfortunately the night shift who hand out our orders through just eat are either very tired or drunk.I spoke to a woman named, "Saba" she got the order wrong TWICE in a row and then had the nerve to say the just eat driver must be switching the order labels.This is the 2nd time I've had no dinner due to the staff not being thorough.She then told me to get a refund from just eat, instead of taking responsibility and womaning up, she tried lying about the poor just eat delivery driver.I will be taking this to their head office, as a regular customer this week unacceptable..Shame on you saba
