*Yet again they get it wrong. How difficult can it be to put two vegetable patties when customised instead of one. It's theft at the end of the day taking the money but giving you something less than you paid for. This time I won't come here again it's not worth it even when addicted. May as well finally go cold turkey from this place.**Totally wrong order***Another day, was in the left lane of the drive thru. Car on right being served. It left. Next car on right served. It left. Next car on right served. It left. Next car on right served..it left. The car in front of me on the left hand been served so no indication it was out of action.. I reversed and went on the right lane and asked the lady whether there is a system in place as three or four cars have now been served ahead of me despite me waiting at the front of my queue..usually from experience they alternate wherever possible and you wait up to two cars on the other side not three or four extra ones. She says, "you drove off that's why". I asked again what system they have in place and she says that, "she's been away that's why" (presumably "she" refers to a colleague manning the other lane) which is ridiculous as they should alternate so that it's essentially one queue in terms of how long a car has been waiting not leaving it for a car to guess whether a lane is being manned. How would it work if a car was behind me I'd not have been able to reverse to get to the other lane although cars behind me presumably would all end up getting served by going to the right lane.Of course it's McDonald's so they know everyone is addicted to it and will just keep coming back for more regardless of their poor quality service so long as you get their hit

Drive thro order and again items missing told to wait in carpark for my order 10 mins later food arrives got home food was stone cold no heat in anyway shape or form I have complained on a few occasions and not been taken seriously but this is the last time I will be using this drive thro it seems like the uber eats orders are more a priority than the general public paying good money to get ripped off by the big corporation

This is the worst McD ever. They are useless always make u wait once you have ordered. Far too concerned with the delivery orders than customers in the place.Awful service. Avoid like the plague. Nothing about this place is fast food more like wait forever.

Went in there on a Friday at 2100 hrs , couldn't get into car park because it was full of badly parked cars and motorbikes for deliveroo drivers , McDonald's hgv couldn't get out of car park it was that bad , don't bother actually making a journey here because delivery drivers take priority , I was in here for 45 minutes waiting for my food which id pre ordered and the app wouldn't let me cancel

I pulled into driver order bay No 2 and was ignored while 3 cars went through No 1.I then had to wait 15 mins because they did not direct an argumentative van driver into a waiting bay so everyone was held up for this timeFinally I get home to find that I have been given the wrong order.What a disaster.

Food was ordered on just eat. Never arrived and no way to cancel as they don't answer the phone. 2 hour wait.

Rude staffTerrible customer service.Ordered from uber eats.Waited hour and half. Gave up waiting drove to the restaurant.Staff was very rude. Told me to leave as not getting my food I will have to wait for refund. As there is to many orders.

Every time I order from here there is something missing or an issue with the food, such as being freezing cold and dry, burgers are a mess and they disassemble in the box creating a mess.Fries are always floppy and undercooked, and most times not salted.The staff seem rude and easily irritable, even asking for a couple dips and they get funny about it and only give us one dip, stingy.3The store is very messy, unorganised and not a pleasant place to visit, especially when the store is also filled with about 5 Uber delivery riders all waiting and walking around the store with their motorbike helmets still on, even at the counter, feels like the store is being robbed! Will not be using this store anymore.Nothing but problems with almost every order I've placed with them over the passed few months now.
