It was really nice for our first time there, went to the counter the lady served us right away & once took our order we sat down she said she would bring it all to us, it was very quite only a few people in but they left just as we sat down, we only had a tea & some cake which was very tasty, the only downside was as it was quiet there were quite a few table's not cleared so they could have been cleared to be honest, as it was only us 2 & then 2 other people came in. But apart from that it was quite nice there & would go again.

I really like this bakery and cafe ? it's become a weekly breakfast spot for me on working days. Their sourdough bread is simply outstanding, and don't even get me started on the carrot cake ? it's addictive! The seating is in an open area, creating a cozy atmosphere complemented by overhead heaters. Service is consistently excellent. My only critique would be the limited plug points for charging, especially compared to other cafes.

We reserved a table for 10am, travelled 30 minutes to the area, spent money on parking only to walk in be told they were not serving most of their hot food menu, and only toasties. The fact I reserved where I gave my phone number ADN email makes this disappointing given they could have reached out to me to advise going to one of their other branches. No pain aux chocolates, no fresh cream for the hot chocolate despite being offered it. The space is colder than outside during colder months, and the heaters they have are not turned on high enough to compensate. I don't see this business lasting with this kind of service. It's a shame because the Birmingham and Codsall locations were great.

Service was shocking.Tables were left full of dirty plates, even though the staff were coming and going to the kitchen. We were sat at a table that needed cleaning - we asked for a cloth to wipe it down several times, the waitress only cleaned it once our food arrived, and cleaned around our plates.It took more than ten minutes to pay. There just seemed to be a lack of anyone with a passion for the place.Despite all this the food was delicious and worth the wait.Not sure we'll return though.

Been here a few times and it?s usually nice but today the whole place was really cold. We moved seats to sit under a heater that works but it was still cold. It took a while to get served and service from one of the waitresses wasn?t great - she was really grumpy. The metal stools are a weird choice as well - very uncomfortable. I get the impression that this place is getting ready to close down.

This incidente happened in 17/01/2024 around 12:50, when my friend's birthday celebration turned sour when a fly was found in my sandwich. Shockingly and disgusting, but the customer service from the chef it was worst because she showed no concern, she didn't apologized or say sorry, leaving the embarrassed waitress to address the issue. I can't believe this disgusting and unhygienic service I used to be a recurring customer but with this issue not recommended.

Always come here especially on a Sunday and have the best customer service from Kate G. She is so attentive and provides such good service. She?s probably the only reason we?ve stopped going to Codsall and come to this one. Food is good and atmosphere good too.

I have only been to Medicine a handful of times but I have thoroughly enjoyed it every time! I got the sausage brioche which is a really generous sandwich and the saltiness of the bacon is well complimented by the sweeter pepper jam. The bacon is slightly crispy which is great as everything else is soft - important for people like me who enjoy different textures. The sausage patty is huge as you can see in my picture and the fried egg is served runny!The iced matcha latte was also good - don?t judge me for having it iced ?. I don?t like mine too sweet as I still like to taste the matcha so this was great.The Wolverhampton branch is open which means it can get a bit cold but the staff are lovely and really helpful! A really good option if you?re looking for brunch in Wolverhampton.
