Myself and my partner were served by Bhav and can?t recommend him, or the shop, enough! Bhav was really helpful in recommending various wedding ring styles for us and let us try a few on. The delivery of rings was very quick and communication was brilliant and came in a lovely ring box too. Thanks again Bhav!

We have an exquisite experience with Micheala, she gave us advice and take care of us, we design together a stunning engagement ring and wedding rings. It's just exactly what we want.She sent us 3D images of the engagement ring before the crafting, for me to be sure it was what I wantedThe whole experience was wonderful.

Top tier experience ?I walked in randomly as I was referred to go to another jeweler.From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with smiles and high vibrations.I explained what I thought I wanted as well as me having absolutely no experience with the process of choosing.Micheala was so kind and knowledgeable that it immediately took away any uncertainty I felt before.She showed me the difference in styles and quality of the diamonds, asked me questions helped me understand what I liked and what would make the most sense in wearing it.We chatted back and forth with her showing me the CAD to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I choose.This phenomenal woman understood the assignment and executed beyond my expectations.She?s a true asset to this business as her professionalism along with her amazing character stood out amongst the many places to choose from.As a result I?m extremely happy with my stunning set, they look even more beautiful than I imagined them to be.All designed by me with the help of Micheala and the team.I honestly had no idea how much goes into creating a ring but all I can say is all the hassle was taking out by the way I was handled from me first taking a step in the building.Any questions or changes were welcomed as well as the best advice coming from years of experience.Satisfied is a huge understatement.I sincerely appreciate the amazing staff and the star of the show Micheala, I hope you understand how much of a gem you truly are.I highly recommend anyone I know or don?t know to go yo the best in the jewelry quarter you won?t be disappointed I promise you that.

Had a great experience at Mitchel & Co. After spending a Saturday looking for an engagement ring for my fiance, I was overwhelmed. But I stumbled upon Mitchel & Co and decided to have a browse. I didn't have an appointment, but luckily Niko was able to see me. He talked me through their process and showed photos from their workshop. He then showed me the options available and agreed he can get something sorted in my short 3 week deadline before Christmas. He was friendly throughout and easily contactable for any questions. After picking up the ring and proposing to my fiance abroad, she loved it but it was slightly too big. I contacted Niko if it was possible to adjust again on a very short deadline so I could send it with a friend who was travelling to her country a few days later. They got it sorted and posted. My fiance received it a few days later via my friend and she was over the moon. The whole process was simple and the price competitive. I've already recommended Mitchel & Co to all of my friends.

Highly recommend M&Co. From my first visit (and the many more I made in deciding on an engagement ring) they were super helpful and I?m very glad I purchased from them. Not only did they build the perfect ring for my now fiancé, but were very competitive on price and provided great service at all times. Thanks particularly to Micheala for looking after me.

Had my diamond earrings bought also as engagement to go with engagement ring as couldn?t wear earrings so never got to wear the diamonds so we had it made into one big ring so I got to see them everyday, amazing looks fabulous.They done exactly what I wanted .18krt gold platinum mount open so you can see the diamonds as these are cut graded . We travelled hr and half to get to them . Now I have the diamond ring I really wanted .

I cannot speak highly enough of Mitchel & Co.I walked into the store with no clear idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring, but thanks to Niko?s expertise, I was able to create the perfect one. He guided me through the process without any pressure to make a sale and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.For me, what sets them apart is the fact that they create the rings on site. The added touch of sending pictures and videos of the ring being made makes it feel more personalised and unique.The end result was a stunning ring that my fiancé absolutely loves!!! I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from Mitchel & Co. back in June 2021 and was dissatisfied with the service. Im not one to leave reviews, however over the last two years i have thought about it a number of times and cannot get the annoyance out of my mind.It was all nice and friendly when making my purchase however on the day collecting the rings for resizing a few months later, we arrived - having travelled an hour from Leicester - for the ring not to have been ready to collect. This was after waiting 6 weeks.When we informed staff that we were here to collect the ring we were told to take a seat and wait. The manager then appeared and told us the rings weren't ready to collect. When we told him we travelled over an hour to get there, he asked if we had called ahead to confirm the rings were ready. As if we were in error even though they had confirmed the time and day on a card on the day of resizing.We were then informed they would do it as soon as they could and that we should go and have a bite to eat somewhere whilst they got it done. In the end, we missed an appointment we had in Leicester to view a wedding venue due to the delay and were not offered so much as an apology.Now, thinking back to that time around anniversaries or seeing friends get engaged, im reminded by that day and wished i had gone somewhere else.Oh and they have a lovely bar there with all manner of drinks on display however we werent offered any of it during our 4 hour delay. Atleast we had a nice view watching other customers receiving drinks unaware of the poor after care they would receive.

The service we received from start to finish was exceptional and we are absolutely delighted with our rings.
