“I think giving this store anything less than 5 stars would be offensive. The staff in this branch are very polite and do everything they can to try and help especially the store manager. I won't say the name as I am not sure if google allows it. story cut short as I am sure they will know who I am after this, I came into store to get a pay as you go e-sim (as a temp measure for an ongoing issue with my contract) and they wasn't able to give convert the sim I had bought in store/topped up because the sim didn't update my details and they did there best. I came home spoke to customer care (I do not like contacting them what's so ever because I feel their service is absolutely rubbish) who gave me the run about and heightened my anxiety. Due to this I hassled the store manager by calling him to see his take on what customer care. Due to the problems I had he went out of his way with service and a resolution which I cannot fault. He went out his way and him & his team were also very patient with me. I know myself how hard I am to handle when my anxiety is risen so I feel this compliment was needed to the store manager and his team (especially the woman with dark short hair). Thumbs down for three customer service over web chat but if I could give a thumbs up with every finger on my hand for the service I received in store I would. Thank you for all your help and I hope you're all acknowledged for your great service you provided.”

“I had no problem here friendly staff I bought phone charger because I go out about 3 hours I noticed my phone needed charging so I've had to return back home early those days over because I bought walk phone charger once it's charged it lasts months I payed 25pound for it only thing I didn't like was they said I can't sit in sofa why no idea my legs was hurting no not allowed what's going on with the chairs I don't see your name on it weird ?”

Please do not hesitate to go here guys. If you want to buy anything from a mobile phone shop, we all know what they can be like sometimes, but this is most definitely the exception to the rule a extremely and very pleasant experience today. A young man I think his name was Paris, hope I got it right he was amazing helpful and supportive , I did not feel like he was trying to hard sell, he was so helpful with my phone and even set it up for me , I will definitely be thinking of switching from ee when my contract runs out .a great service well done young man”
