Telephone enquiry (Saturday) regarding availability of kids wetsuits (13yrs). The personnel on the phone was exceptionally helpful; explained how their stock was transferred to other stores but checked other locations, sizes and quantities. Also informed me of the potential delivery times if it was ordered 'next day' delivery and the latest I would receive it (travelling Tuesday). Great customer service, really helpful and polite.

Very friendly helpful staff. I've just started a monthly walk and talk group. So I needed all the gear for outdoors. Reasonable prices great sale at moment got my 3 year hiking boots for £12.99 bargin. Mine cost me £26.99.

I only buy sale items as I find this store expensive for the items , I tried a few pairs of walking boots but they were all uncomfortable so I didn't buy them.Service is always polite
