Came for lunch today was greeted and looked after by Leo, whom was so friendly and welcoming along with his colleagues whom was all also very welcoming. Service was spot on and I was definitely impressed with my lovely meal ? 10/10 all round so will definitely be returning.

Food was plain and overpriced, chips were boring, felt like cafeteria food and this is me giving nandos another try. The worst thing of all was the state of the menus, gross, not been changed or cleaned had old sticky food over it was about to walk out just from that.

Dietary restrictions: My Nando's experience left much to be desired. The chicken lacked flavor, tasting surprisingly plain. The mac and cheese were disappointing, lacking the expected richness. Moreover, the delivery service was painfully slow, diminishing the overall satisfaction of the meal. Improvement in both food quality and delivery efficiency is crucial for a more positive customer experience.

The food was mid. You could tell it was ready made and just heated it up. I don?t recommend the ?creamy? mash, it was hard and cold. Also, the portions were small for the price.Atmosphere was ok but I suppose it?s what you expect for a Nando?s in the middle of Birmingham.However on the other hand, the service was quick and helpful but that?s probably because all they did was heat up the food that they bought from Tesco.
