This branch is a credit to the Nationwide brand and the building society movement itself. Matt the manager, Lilly- Rose and Bina are so incredibly helpful. They really value you and go out of their way to help. It's so reassuring to know that, when other banks are closing or making you use machines or not bothering to man the counters, Nationwide is there for you.

Matt (Branch Manager) & Bina were very friendly, helpful & helped me process my requirement quickly. Genuinely there to help customers - very rare for any bank. Great Service!!

Went to the King's Heath branch in Birmingham. Lorraine was so helpful. I was trying to make a payment for the balance of a car. Lorraine checked and double checked all the details as the computer pulled up information about a possible scam. Thankfully everything looked ok and I proceeded with payment.This is a small branch with genuine staff that care and take the time to ensure their customers receive a great service. One of the bank staff was assisting other customers waiting. They even have a basket were you can make food bank contributions.Lorraine you were fantastic. A personal friendly service. I hope you get some recognition.

Normally I go to the city centre branch and the customer service there is poor so that's why I thought id try this branch, but expected much of the same. I've got to say I was blown away by the customer service, it is the best customer service I've ever seen, I was treated so well by Matthew Ormrod (Branch Manager), he personally took care of my request and went above and beyond what he needed to do. It's fair to say, I left the branch pretty happy and satisfied. Kudos to all the staff members working here, especially Matt, they're top notch ! will definitely come here again for any other queries.

The knowledge of the staff in the Kings Heath branch is phenomenal. Matt the Manager and Lorraine the Duty Manager are the most understanding and amazing professionals along with a great team of staff the service is an excellent one. When I needed to re-mortgage I didn?t hesitate to go to this branch - I also have my house insurance with them at a very competitive price. Keep up the fantastic work team!!!!!
