Great bank.In fact the best Bank or rather Building society I've had the good fortune to be a member of. The staff are helpful and more importantly familiar. Unlike other banks the faces here don't change, which if ask you me in this line of business is priceless. Respect now and always forever due?

Staff Always happy to help within the soho rd branch with additional personal touches such as remembering your name and having extra consideration towards people with a disability or simply frail, such as my mother... What could have been a lengthy ordeal was a relatively painless visit to the branch... My only complaint is the inability to keep the web updated with their specific opening times and sometimes early closures which have been due to staff meetings and training. On at least 3 occasions I've arrived in taxi at 8.55am to find notes on the door saying 9.30 opening..... Frustrating doesn't begin to describe my feelings.... However, other than that, no complaints....... If you guy's could take my feedback on board, you'd be close the PERFECT... PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT..

Staff at my local branch are very kind and professional, especially MEL on the 1st desk.(Sweet, slim Jamaican lady with glasses)I'd gone WAY past closing time still being inside dealing with matters and not once did she let me know that I've overstayed or she's got to do her own work to close up and go home.Loved her enthusiasm for helping and making the customer feel at ease...5 star ? ? ? ? ? Spoke to manager/supervisor. He stated maximum capacity of 6 people, which is understandable. Waited an hour last week to get in. Anyhow, today, there were two customers being served and one in the queue. But still, he did not let us in. When I queried about the maximum capacity, he stated it was 6. However, he still made us wait outside. I mentioned if it's a maximum of 6 allowed inside, then why are we not allowed in. He didnt have a good reply. I stated the service is rubbish, and all he said was sorry.

I had a bad experience twice.. I wanted to take out 600£ from the bank.they didnâ??t give me they r saying only allowed 500£ a day or I have to give them a call before I go to branch..then i wanted to transfer my money to different account theyâ??re saying £20 charge to transfer all money or I have to go two days to do that they canâ??t do it in one day.. I have a net west ac I never had this problem
