I was at the branch for 20 mins, there were no cashier's at the desk, no one at the reception desk. I thought the branch was closed and they left the door open by accident, finally someone came out the bank, I asked if the branch was open, he confirmed it was and walked back in. The queue was out the door but not a single person working, i have not seen anything like it before. Waited another 10 mins then left

Whenever i go in (not that often) i get great seevice.They get 3 stars bcs of opening hours.. i dont understand why the hours have changed (due to Rona), so now every1 with a banking issue has to rush into the bank at the same time which makes for longer queues and lets be honest banks have long queues anyway. Should have left the opening times the same

Considering its a Bank you go to, to handle and discuss you banking issues One stop Natwest are the absolute worst. Always talking to each other and when you need help there repose is \\\"go online\\\" even when you have told them you have tried several times. Even the manager is the same as the staff. They are more about themselves than the customers 100%.\\nI remember years ago a customer yelling at them saying your the worst Bank and took his money will definitely be doing the same.\\nThey just do not care at all or have no compassion or should I say choose to show no compassion or understanding towards your banking issues. Way to comfortable with their jobs. The only one that is helpful is the Indian lady with glasses apart from that the rest are absolute rubbish and should be investigated on how they serve and deal with customer's.

The staff there are rude and can be very unhelpful even the manager.\\ni had an issue with opening my Account i went to the branch but they told me to do it online went home and tired but had an issue call them and they said come to the bank and try to open it. the staff and manager said to do it over the phone i tried it and still had an issue and was advised to go to the bank and explain your having an issue. went to the bank and spoke to manager and a dark skin lady with glasses and thry just woundt help me out saying we dont open new accounts here it must be don the phone eventhough i explained how much of an issue i am having with it. i troed again and ohone again and again told me togo to the branch when i did i spoke to an indian lady with glasses she was very very helpful.

Worst experience in a bank, the staff should be replaced and placed under new management. It?s also clear a lot of customers have experienced the rubbish customer service based on the reviews yet natwest has not done anything about this. I will be leaving NatWest!

Very poor customer service. Tried to open new account for my daughter and needed forms checked. However. Member of staff was very unhelpful and reluctant to help. Infact he even offered to bin application. Ive banked with Natwest for over 20 years. But this is rubbish!!!

I went today to withdraw £6000, the cashier had to check with manager and then comes back out to say i can not withdraw this amount and only allowed me to withdraw £2000. I was annoyed at this so upon leaving a called NatWest to explain what happen and they advised that i should be able to withdraw any amount as long as i have id which i did so the telephony staff checked with there manager and they advised that the branch have their own discretion as to what they want to give! Iâ??m assuming the branch were discriminating my self on how i looked as i had just finished a gym session and possibly because Iâ??m Asian and probably thought i was dodgy and my savings were not legitimate and told me to come back on Monday to withdraw the full amount. I would also like to note that i work for NatWest myself. I transferred to funds to my TSB account and they had no issue with me withdrawing £6000

Some rude Indian lady with a broken arm yesterday. Treated my mum with rudeness. I would blame the managerial staff for not training their team properly in customer service but, this was beyond that. She just lacked manners. All my mum wanted was a stamp on last 6 months statements. She then began to ask personal questions (that she didn't need to) and would make a suspicious gestures on every answer.Then she refused to stamp the last one because it was more than 6 months old. She didn't even tell my mum that she could print her a copy of the recent one. Just because my mum didn't know, she took advantage of that. What a waste of a trip
