Was directed to this branch as the Northfield one seems to be closed forever?I had an issue with the Natwest app log-in.The lady at the reception called ?Sue McElroy? had been so helpful. She was not rushing it and helped me along the process.The whole complex thing was a breeze.wonderful experience!??

Worse ever customer service .stood outside in a queue over an hour. I understand it's challenging times for all but a staff member who was supposed to be managing the queue just stood by the door playing on his mobile, rather than informing/apologising for the delay. When asked if it will take us long to get served, his reply was "maybe" . I think it's time to change my account to a bank that approciates my custom .

SHOCKING BANK.Pathetic. A Monumental waste of time.Stood for around 10 mins before I got told that the bloke ahead of me was the last person they were going to see. It was 2:20pm. It doesn't take 40 minutes to see 6 people. The door man was all but useless. Just as the bank is all but useless.The use of COVID affecting their working isn't justified in the slightest. If everywhere else functions fairly normally and quickly, why can't a bank? It's a joke. I'd give this 0 stars if possible.

Worst branch of this bank! I know it?s COVID and they can only let 3 people in at a time, but having to queue for nearly an hour just to use the deposit point inside is ridiculous! If you don?t need counter services, why do we have to wait so long. You really need a better system.

I know that with Covid it important to keep the staff safe but we went today in the freezing weather waited for half an hour them someone who I think might be in charge or just the worker come and told us they close at 3 we were 2:40 and they said at the rate their working they won't be able to see someone when I simply just wanted to put money into my account a joke they should of at least seen everyone in the queue then closed but no we waited for nothing just a great disappointment over alljust get staff that work faster when you tour self said 'at the rate there working they won't see u' like is that a joke...... at lest let us use the machine put them outside.

And they wonder why everyone is moving online... Its like a granny knitting circle at the front, it takes half an hour just for a one minute job. You would think im at a barbers here with the conversations you hear at the front while im waiting

Very unprofessional I've been waiting here for atleast an hour just wondering around, one person sorts all the enquiry as the rest just sit and watch, when they can be helping ppl with enquiry, especially when the bank is empty of customers . I've never had this experience before I've been banking with NatWest for nearly 10 years now. I may concider a different bank.

This has to be the worst bank in the country. Queues during the corona virus have been 100 yards long , taking 2 hours . It used to be ok before it got a makeover about 2 years ago when they changed it completely to make it more automated. The staff now are visibly unhappy and customer service is awful

This bank is a joke the waiting times are over 20 min just to withdraw cash out from the desk. Customer service isn't much better to be honest they ask you what you want when in the line and still leave you standing their.

Sent my son in with my account number and sort code. And they would not allow him to PAY MONEY IN. They said a new rule in effect from October. It's September still firstly. And secondly. He was paying money in. Not taking out. Can't see the issue with this anyway. Ridiculous. I had a bill to pay. So thank you NatWest. I'm working today so now I will be charge late fees on a bill because u are so stupid that you wouldn't let my son put money into the bank...
