My husband and friend had their fit to fly/PCR tests done at this pharmacy. From booking over the phone to in-store, the staff communicated very well. Offered an excellent service especially Nawaz.Listened to us; took necessary steps to ensure our needs were met and made the time to call us in regards our results and also emailed through results well ahead of time. I would rate their services more than 5 ?. Thank you very much.

After spending hours on NYE trying to find a PCR Fit to Fly test for the same day (companies either fully booked, closed until 4th January, or charging stupid money), I luckily found Nechells. Friendly service, less than 12hour wait for the results (received quarter past midnight), and best of all - the cheapest PCR Fit to Fly test I could find online.

Last week I did my PCR test to travel and the service was great! Beforehand I even had a couple of questions about the PCR test which I sent across via email and I got quick responses. Even speaking to them over the phone was great. In addition , my results came with through via email within 24hrs hours! Excellent service and will be recommending Nechells to everyone. If there were 10 stars available for me to give I would, but the maximum is 5, so 5 it is!

Absolutely disgusted at the staff at the covid vaccine hub. Very unprofessional and poor practice in place. The untrained staff very incompetent, not following correct guidelines,Pre filling injections abusive towards patents. No Gloves or aprons worn using the same face mask for each patient. Sajad Sabo most rude individual. Eating crisps while delivering vaccines with dirty contaminated hands. I was watching from my car staff going into another room no PPE and brining a filled syringe no cap on and no PPE. Will be making a formal complaint. Every individual has a right to know what vaccine is being administrated into them. Basic medicine management policy do not pre fill vaccines. Insufficient training to staff. All 3 members of staff unprofessional and cheap flirting with each other. Disgusted at the attitudes of these individuals during a very serious pandemic. Avoid please travel extra to know you are receiving a hygienic procedure for your vaccine.

We had issues with a fit to fly test through a mailing company and so needed an express PCR test to board. I emailed at 10pm the night before and had an appointment, test and the results back by 3pm the next day! The person who did my 6 year olds test was patient, super friendly and put her at ease. I cannot recommend the service highly enough! Absolute dream.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We ordered Amber arrival and Test to Release tests through Nechells. Our Day 2 and Test to Release were held up by Royal Mail but Gulam was incredibly responsive and tracked both tests down on the weekend, outside of normal business hours. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. I can't recommend Nechells Pharmacy enough! Ordered my Day 2 & 8 Tests from them and not only did they send the tests in a timely manner that they were here after I've arrived, but the phone assistance was excellent and made the process so smooth. The test result also arrived 24hours after my test was received. Have picked them based on their great reviews and I couldn't be happier with how they handled the service. Thank you very much!

Absolutely amazing people, my daughter is 5 and her pcr came back inconclusive. Called the pharmacy and drove down, my daughter is nervous however the staff member that did her test was amazing, made her feel comfortable and built a rapport to gain her trust. Would definitely recommend ??thank you, you made a family so ?

The service was excellent. Our test kits arrived on time . We were unable to complete the internet registration, as our telephone/internet service had collapsed in our absence, but the chemist could not have been more helpful - ensuring that we did not have to wait for the results beyond the compulsory quarantine period, by personally providing the lab with information we were unable to send over the internet All queries were answered with politeness and patience. An excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional and made me feel comfortable. They reassured me that my results would come in quickly, and they did. I received my results the following day which shows how reliable they are. Also, this is one of the cheapest private PCR tests that I saw thus far. I highly recommend.
