An amazing store across 3 floors. Has an extensive range of all types of clothing, accessories, cosmetics and homeware. Has 2 Disney themed cafes as well. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Biggest Primark I've ever been in. It has a Gregg's restaurant which I've never seen before in a store and toilets.Plenty of changing rooms. Would recommend this Primark if you are doing your clothes shopping in the area

Primart must be the busiest store in BirminghamBeen retail for most of my lifeHave to say it's very good value for moneyIf money a bit tight great shop to spend what cash you have you get alot for your moneyI have bought jeans nightwear very good pricesI also enjoy eating at the Greegs dept in storeSomething I have noticed people come out of the store not just one bag full to the brim but multiple bags which says a lot for store and there buying teamFantastic footfall never seen so many coming and going

Visited the Disney cafe and it was terrible. Overpriced and poor quality hot chocolate, the tabletop Tablet/game didn't work and the staff were surly and ignored customers to have a chat behind the counter
