“I did a bit of shopping around before selecting a local lettings agent and was quite dissapointed as a few other highly ranked lettings agencies in Erdington never picked up or returned my calls, others - were only able to arrange evaluation in a week's time at earliest. By contrast, I managed to get through Adam at Dixons on my first call and he was available for property evaluation at my earliest convenience. We had evaluation arranged for Tuesday afternoon following which we agreed to proceed with Dixons as Adam was able to offer competitve prices and we were comfortable that it was very easy to get hold of him (again, in contrast to the other local lettings agencies). On Wednesday Adam came around to take photos of the property. The advert for the property went live on Thursday and on Friday morning we had 5 viewings booked for the following Monday morning. By Monday afternoon we had 4 offers. In total, it took less than 5 days from the evaluation to the receipt of the offers. Throughout these days, Adam kept us up to date with the progress. Once the applicant was selected, it took 4 days to complete the checks and get the agreement signed.We would like to say a big thank you to Adam for such a fast and pleasant transaction - his experience, expertise, professionalism and availability made this stressful time quite easy on us.I would 100% recommend to other landlords who are looking to let not to waste their time and effort on other local lettings agencies and just go with Dixons as they won't be beaten on the price, efficiency and effectiveness.”
