Fantastic gym! I have loved training here ever since I first joined last year. Workouts are varied and trainers are very supportive. Lots of different classes to suit any ability. Would recommend ?

Excellent boxing/gym studio facility (with a state of the art boxing ring). Has just had a new refurb which makes it a very vibrant place to train and box. Head coach Rob Stevens is a world class trainer and former world champion who has an adundance of knowledge in the field of fitness and combat sports. 10/10.

I did visit the gym today , don't know why the membership is very expensive. It's s really small gym with basic gym machines . They do sell protein bars , drinks inside but expensive as they membership is . Gym timings are not very convincing. Like 7 am to 9pm and on weekends it's shrinks 7 am to 4 pm .

Been training with Lucy for 2 years and haven`t looked back. She`s extremely knowledgeable and workouts have been challenging but a lot of fun. Highly recommend the gym and Lucy for PT

I've trained with Sam Smith for 8 weeks I have found the whole experience fantastic very welcoming gym and excellent classes. My boxing skills have come on leaps and bounds and have lost 2 stone thanks to Sam and his team.

Trained for a UWCB event - one of the best experiences of my life! Organisation of the event- the training held at Rigs Fitness was meticulous and individually tailored which is a credit to Sam Smiths eye for detail and talent as a motivator and as a coach! Highly recommend this place if you want a unique and genuine experience while you Better your fitness!

Great gym, it really did take my breath away when i walked in. The facilities are incredible. I cant believe the transformation in only 8 weeks not just for my body but my confidence aswell. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They excell in making sure your skills, fitness and motivation are through the roof! And finishing off each session with a funky monkey is like swallowing a little bit of heaven with every mouthful
