Just want to say a massive thank you!I'm a plus sized bride and I am so afraid of having a bad experience after hearing some horror stories from other boutiques. There was so much choice in and around my size. No judgement and really relaxed atmosphere. I fell in love with 2 dresses and couldn't decide between the 2 but wasn't pressured into making a decision. I'm sitting here with 2 of the most beautiful dresses buzzing round in my head but also the great customer experience and atmosphere on show. Made the mistake of popping to another boutique on the way home after lunch and had polar opposite experience.I'd recommend anyone looking for advice and variety go here.I would have given you 4 stars for not having the dog there, but I'll forgive you because you didn't know I was coming or that I love dogs ?

Sammy was amazing at helping me find my dream dress and helped with ideas to alter it to make it just right. She catered to my many anxieties and let me come in multiple times to put my mind at ease during the run up to the wedding. I felt amazing on the day!

This place is brilliant for bespoke custom fit bridesmaid dresses! ? we needed two custom fit for my bridesmaids with slightly bigger bust and they were done brilliantly. Sammy has an on site seamstress for last minute adjustments and they came out great! Perfect colour and exact match to my other bridesmaid dresses! Would 100 % recommend for custom fitted dresses for bridesmaids. Thank you Sammy for your professionalism, friendliness and efficiency ?

I had the best experience with Romantic Dreams Bridal Boutique. From finding my dream dress, most beautiful sleeves (Sammy really helped bring my vision to life) and a show stopping veil, they did it all!Sammy was great at understanding my style and vision and helped my appointments run smoothly with direction. Not to mention I was less than 4 months away from my big day and was told by other bridal boutiques that my only option was sample dresses of the rack. However with Romantic Dreams Bridal Boutique I was able to get a brand new dress made to fit with all the alterations/tailoring (which Sammy also sorted a seamstress out) done in time.Sammy was quick to respond to any of my queries and really flexible with rescheduling my tailoring appointments making a very stressful time a lot easier. All in all I was in luck with Romantic Dreams Bridal Boutique and Sammy. Thank you for all your help and support, I felt beautiful in my dress and got soo many compliments. Thank you Sammy!

Never felt so unwelcomed!!!!We went for a dress fitting on 12th December and the lady was soo unwelcoming right from the moment we entered we just wanted to leave withought the dress.Really disappointed and she needs to learn to be nice to her customers as this is supposed to be a happy experience!!!! DO BETTER !!!!!

These guys were amazing!!!! I was super nervous about trying to find the perfect dress. I contacted Sammy to see if they had some Maggie Sottero dresses in stock that I liked, the ones that weren?t, she ordered in samples in time for my appointment which was great. The appointment was super relaxed, and I loved that we had the place to ourselves. We picked out a load of dresses to try, and I fell in love with one, I just knew. They arranged for me to pop in for fittings and alterations, and sent me on my way for the big day with the perfect dress, no fuss. Thank you for everything!

I was quite nervous about dress shopping as I wanted something a bit different and had started to think it didn't exist. I am so glad that I found Sammy, she has such a lovely range of dresses, including some alternative ones. My experience with her was so different to the experiences I'd has at previous shops. Her approach was so lovely and laid back and really prrsonable; she was really reassuring and super amenable and allowed me to return a few times to re-try a dresses on before i made a decision. The dress was beautifully pressed when I collected it and Lisa, the seamstresa did a fantastic job of creating a perfect fit! Definitely recommend a visit!

My experience at Romantic Dreams Bridal was excellent.Sammy's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction made my dress shopping journey unforgettable. I struggled to find a "plain" dress I liked, but Sammy went above and beyond. Following an initial try-on session that left me feeling defeated, she reached out and offered to hire and bring in additional gowns based on my preferences.Sammy's personal touch was exceptional ? she hired four beautiful dresses for me to try, and I found "the one"! Communication was also excellent throughout the process.The seamstress at the boutique was equally fantastic, ensuring a perfect fit not only for my dress but also custom adjusting my spanx. I can't express enough gratitude to Sammy and her team for making this experience stress-free and magical. My experience at Romantic Dreams was so wonderful, I had been to a few shops before and absolutely hated the over the top, sales-ey approach and Sammy was such a breath of fresh air in comparison! My first appointment was great and Sammy was happy to let me come back a few days later to try on some of the dresses again. Such a beautiful range of gowns, and excellent service too! Sammy kept my dress until the day before the wedding and it was perfectly steamed and kept when I picked it up. I couldn?t have wished for a better experience!

I went into Romantic Dreams on the off chance after a couple of bad experiences in other wedding dress shops, the other sellers had been extremely pushy & quite aggressive with their selling technique.Sammy was the total opposite, she was relaxed, let me look round myself, allowed me to take my time & I then found the perfect dress.She turned what had been a miserable experience into a wonderful one & if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.She also stocked, in my opinion, the nicest dresses.

I had such a wonderful experience at Romantic Dreams! Sammy and Maggie were really helpful and made me and my family feel very comfortable. They have a lovely range of dresses and take the time to make you as a bride really comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting!

Attended the boutique approx a year ago. There was some lovely dresses and a nice space to try them all on. However it was lacking the customer experience/service. I am normally the type of person that doesn't want any help when walking into a store and likes to be left alone but with it being my wedding dress I was searching for I needed & wanted all the help. Myself & the girls felt dissapointed with the service the lady didn't introduce herself, she didn't ask anything about the wedding day, talk much to the girls I brought along with me, ask about the proposal. These little conversations go a long way and make an experience.

Sammy (and her seamstress) made me feel comfortable throughout the entire dress purchasing and fitting experience. No pressure - friendly, helpful and responsive when any queries arose. Would recommend.

Worst experience ever, I feel we were judged by our looks rather than treated like paying customers. We arrived early for the appointment and the owner wasn?t keen on letting us in as we were early for the appointment. I even told the owner my name but keeps referring me as someone else. No offer of drinks or anything yet I feel for a wedding dress fitting we need to be treated with courtesy as some places we have been too we?re more professional than what we received. I was left in tears. The owner was unfriendly. I will never return following such an experience.
