I have looked around for sofas for a while now.. the reason i decided to buy from these guys was massively bacause of the staff i have worked in sales for 20 years myself now and i must say i was impressed the guys in store were so helpful and friendly everyone of them.Lovely people, keep up the fab work guys see you soon for my dinning furniture ?

Been there to ask for vinyl. I knew exactly what I'm looking for, had the measurements, so went straight to a guy found there. Told him what I want and he sent me to look for it in the vinyl section, to see what I like. Also, he mentioned that in 15 minutes they're closing. I knew, that's why I came with precise information, to just order it! After asking, he told me to go that lady to order it. Once I managed to find again what I was looking for, the lady was somewhere upstairs, busy at a computer. Decided to just leave, cause I was clearly an inconvenience to the employees.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, made choosing payment options and a sofa rather simple as they sit with you on a tablet while you talk to options and prices, the store also has some really good cheap sale/floor clearance items if you catch them at the right time and the prices can be very low for these specific display models!

We recently bought a sofa and enquired about a carpet for my father in law, nearly three weeks ago now. Sofa was great, but the surveyor for the carpet put through the order without our permission. My father in law is disabled and his son has Power of Attorney for him, and this was made known to the store and surveyor on entering the store. We put a £200 deposit for the carpet, for which we've decided not to go ahead with now. We have phoned the general customer services line a few times to request to cancel the carpet order but the store hasn't replied. Yesterday we were told an ops manager would cancel this as the store weren't replying and would confirm by the end of play, but again, no contact. Really disappointed, especially at how long we were in store for initially. We feel like ScS have taken advantage of my father in law and we are now £200 down with an order for a carpet we never agreed upon

Sorry for delay. (lost card)!I had a sofa and armchair delivered early last month by Richard and Terry. They were extremely careful and respectful of the new flooring that had just gone down. Both were very polite and left me with two wonderful pieces of furniture and no packaging. Highly recommended.

I ordered a 3 and a 2 seater sofa and standard chair on 1 October 2022. I had the delivery this morning ( 10 November 2022) at 7:30I was quick to notice and point out a mark on the sofa to delivery guy ( Dominic) , i asked him to please make note of it as this is what i was told by sale advisor when i placed order, he told me i should take my time and look at all 3 properly as there might be more damages ( alarm bells went off straight away ) he said i have 7 days to report my findings to scs aftercare , he said there was no point him reporting it because i might find more damages/ issues then the one that caught my eye now.The delivery guys were in such a hurry, they didn't wait for me to inspect all 3 properly and left, saying they had completed the delivery. Long behold after they left i checked all 3 and they all had marks, stains , small prickly holes , scuff marks etc . I had to wait till 9am to call the aftercare team and report my findings. I have a old samsung phone and the picture quality isn't great the aftercare advisor told me she will arrange a technician call out to inspect the problems, next available date 6 December ! . SCS are quick to take a payment but they should inspect goods when they arrive at distribution centre before delivering, the delivery guy must have saw the issues when unwrapping hence why telling me to look properly you might find more things to report.I hope scs will replace this set with a new set and not try to fob me off with repairs, i paid for brand new undamaged sofas and that what i would expect.Dont think i will be returning to scs anytime soon for more purchases.

Terrible would never shop here again ordered a suite on 23rd July they said delivery would be end of September 10 weeks later no suite and no confirmation delivery date ?Quick enough taking your money
