I honestly can’t recommend them enough even down to the little adjustments by Cameron upstairs we had the most awesome day & everybody loved the suits. “Today we had a shopping spree. I wanted to try a few shoes on and still wasn't sure as I had another shop to try some...quite honestly. Not only were the other shoes twice the price but I would've thought the staff might have made at least an effort to get me to buy their shoes. Terrible service....I returned to Shuh...they'd kept the ones I tried at the counter and also offered to let me try a different size and to see what the shoes were like with a foam insole. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helping me with a new discount card. Lovely, helpful friendly staff. Great service. I'll be back in the future 5*”

“Good and spacious shop with lots of options, I came in looking for a wedding dress. The fitting rooms are good , well lit and clean. Gave 4/5 because the sales assistant took the dress I chose off the padded hanger and didn't provide or offer to sell one or a protective bag ...”

“Went there last Saturday, we had a problem finding shoes that the insoles could fit into. I think we were served by the manager (tall asian lady) who was extremely knowledgeable and found us the right shoes. She actually took time out to go through everything and brought out a range of shoes to try, without any pressure to buy. We had been struggling for weeks to find anything and we eventually found the right pair (Dr Martens) with help from the manager and the other assistants. I have to also say all staff were extremely polite and helpful, I think the quality of staff is amazing here and I can see why it gets so busy as it’s actually a very pleasant experience buying shoes. I think I’ll be coming here in future to get all my shoes. Thank you again so much!”

“I was at the store second time and yesterday I was so upset of customer service assistant, young lady looked at me like "go away" when I came to her to ask if they have another shoes size and without checking said that's only size. It was couple times. Another young lady was pleasant and checked if they have what we need and they had needed size.We bought two pairs today because I love Sketchers.”

“Good choice of products in a dungeon of a store. No wonder the staff look depressed. It's so dark in there that only accentuates the lack of natural light. Shame because as I said, a food choice of products in an excellent location within the Bull Ring. Therefore parking is easy, easy access to the train station and bus stops.”

“A MASSIVE thank you to Kelly who helped out my fiancé yesterday with his wedding shoes that we’d previously ordered from Dune at Cheshire Oaks.They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet.Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos.He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet.Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. “This particular shop is an "outlet" so you get products at reduced prices.With the start of school coming soon had to buy my boys school shoes.Excellent staff very young helpful staff. Helping with measuring (Clarks measuring system is totally different) helping with fitting etc.Great prices especially compared to the high steep prices at normal clarks.”

My favourite shop by far, go here all the time it's clean well laid out smart clothes for women on one side casual on the other, mens is the same, collections can sometimes take a bit of time depending on the business of the store but staff are always helpful, returns are easy and fast the only thing I would say about next is their kids close although beautiful quality and well lasting once the kids (I have a daughter so can only comment on girls clothes) get to about 7 the clothes are quite babyish and not very trendy just plain wardrobe staples I would say however the online Next does sell other branded clothes which is great for my 11 year old.”
