What amazing customer service by Helen. Not only could she serve and look after more one than customer.When I asked about certain shoes and work boots. I went in to change some shoes that I had bought online, I needed to change them to a smaller size. The service was excellent, no problem at all. The shoes in the shop were £3 more expensive than I paid online but they adjusted the price straight away.
