I have used Skechers for years but I had awful experience at bull ring store. Really unprofessional and rude manager. Very poor service, will not visit this store again.

I was d first customer entering d shop the staff was at d door no smile no greet it was a (Afro /Jamaican woman) and d customer service was done by a Asian girl was good enough, but whichever colour n size I was asking (10.5-11)they haven?t got in stock I have asked Abt 8 different colours n varieties and lastly I bought 2 pairs of trainers and while going I asked for a bag the Afro /Jamaican women was very rude the way she was acting I think by working there she is doing a favour for the company the management need to look into it next visit we shouldn?t see this women working there ( Date 14/11/23 Time:10:00 am)

Really disappointed ???. Went to the shop on Sunday, purchased 3 pairs of shoes, 2 ok, the other.....got home opened the box, 2 different shoes in 1 box!!! ???. Couldn't believe it!!Took back to store, apologized but, no discount etc.... really upset by this.CHECK SHOES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!!

I was at the store second time and yesterday I was so upset of customer service assistant, young lady looked at me like "go away" when I came to her to ask if they have another shoes size and without checking said that's only size. It was couple times. Another young lady was pleasant and checked if they have what we need and they had needed size.We bought two pairs today because I love Sketchers.

Visited the Bullring Birmingham branch a few days ago and cannot heap enough praise on the service received. We were looked after by Wei who was exceptional - her customer service and product knowledge exceeded all expectations. The manager of the store was also very attentive and customer service focussed. We went away with some purchases that we are delighted with. Well done Skechers and the Bullring Birmingham branch in particular.
