Was pleasantly surprised how good Stanley's were. The staff were really welcoming and very knowledgeable. My wife was looking for a tear drop ring and the girl behind the counter(Kylie )went above and beyond to try and find what she was looking for. She even went out to another shop and brought back some samples to view. While we were there I asked about getting my wedding band altered because it had become fairly loose fitting. Another lady took it in the back to see if it could be done and when she came back it had been done and it was a very good price. Had a clean and polish too,looked like a brand new ring. Would definitely use Stanley's again.

Great customer service. I had a ring repaired and Stanley?s gave me a provisional quote, phoned to confirm the quote and got the job done quicker than anticipated. Smooth service. Thank you

Outstanding service today, ring resized whilst we went for a coffee and wander around the Jewellery Quarter. The staff are awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. Craftsmanship outstanding.

I took my bangle to be re-worked at Stanley's after a previous jeweller made an absolute car crash of the shape and finish! I'm so thrilled at the re-modelling they were able to do ? The process was explained to me and I was advised because of the previous 'bad workmanship' it may not have been possible to achieve the finish I was looking for. But having just collected it (took a day to do) I'm really happy! Thank you so much for the great craftsmanship done and enabling me to wear a piece of jewellery that I haven't worn in many years.I would highly recommend this jeweller.

My wife lost a ruby and diamond earing and we used Stanley's to make a replacement. When I picked it up could not identify which was the new one the replacement was that good. Excellent friendly and professional service throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend

I purchased a lovely child bracelet for my great nephew, who was only seven days old at the time, and a silver chain for myself. A big shout out to Sam for being so helpful ? and the lovely lady i took selfie photos with and the other staff members (wish I knew their name) were fantastic. When I walked into the store, I felt welcomed from the jump. The service and the time you are given, is true dedication and care. You can tell and feel the family bond. Stanley's Jewellers, is now where I will always purchase my jewellery. In my opinion whatever budget you have set in your mind before going in, you make not spend it all. What an amazing, friendly caring set of souls. Thank you, you all made me feel great, you put a spring in my step.
