Once I went to collect a online order then the staff said that the order isn?t mine so I got upset anyways otherwise you should get more friendly staff

A server named Gabi took my order, not only did she come across as unbothered and judgemental but she verbally and physically (through facial expressions) expressed her dislike for my order, though I did not ask her for her opinion at any point and simply ordered a drink I?ve ordered many times before. Awful customer service and just a flat out rude worker.

I was served by a worker named Gabi, and it was honestly the worst customer experience ever, unjustifiable attitude and a sense of entitlement came through in her tone of voice when taking our order.

Very friendly staff , and coffee was as always..perfect ?as always, got served with politeness, which of course costs nothing..and my latte was perfect .looking forward to being a permanent gold member, its only taken 4 years ..could've opened my own franchise by now ..for same amount of money spent on coffees for my grandchildren alike, the coffees ? seem to be the same,but prices are escalating at an alarming rate, and £20 for a black n gold Cup .as opposed to £2.50 for my colour changing ? Cup..where is it going to end, I can buy a bag of beans from most Starbucks stores for £5 and make my own lattes' looks like I will be doing that, sooner than I expected, I hate to say it, but I'm going to boycott the brand altogether if the prices go any higher,my grandchildren understand, but are disappointed ?Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren and god children love the trip to the Fort, BirminghamParking: The Fort shopping ? centre about 10 disabled bays by Starbucks ,door coud do with being a little wider foroor could do chair/ scooter accessWheelchair accessibility: door could do with being a little wider for wheel ? chair/ scooter access

I'm out of touch with these Americanised smart Alec coffee shops. I had an overpriced white latte. Turned out to be a frothy topped, tasteless weak, but still overpriced coffee. Could do better with a jar of instant.

It was a very loud and noisy atmosphere and some seats were quite dirty. Service was quite long. But no issues with the products.

I always stop off here when I visit the shopping park. It gets very busy, which ends up leaving a lot of mess on the tables/counters. But the service is usually brilliant, I love the new 'secret menu' that they do, and I'm enjoying trying the new flavours. I think Starbucks needs a better variety for gluten free options too.

The place was absolutely packed, i should have turned straight back around. There wasn't enough staff on. They were polite and working hard but just not enough of them to support the customers
