What an amazing shop with amazing staff/volunteers. Always a great variety of stock and at low prices. Staff/volunteers are always their to listen to your needs. If you can't find what you are looking for they will go above and beyond to help you look for it and if the item is not their then they will always offer you a alternative. if you have are in a wheel chair or have a pushchair staff/volunteers are always willing to move items out the way so you can easily maneuver around the shop without any problem.Sue Ryder at the Scott Arms is be far the BEST shop in town!!Keep up the great work and all for a great charity!!

This shop used to be great but nowThey're severely over priced for a charity shop, saw a PS4 game of Fifa17 for £5.00, it's 50p in CEX.£10 for a 23 year old DVd player, it cost £25 brand new as I had the exact same onethe shop is too cluttered, like they won't say no to anything, you cant get a pushchair or wheelchair around. I'm sure it's illegal for accessibility reasons. Some stuff is broken. Some of the staff are rude, there a couple nice ones but some are plain rude, they tutted when I squeezed past.Less is more, stop having huge cabinets and stick to basic sofa styles and price fairly. People who shop in charity shops want a cheap deal, not to go elsewhere

Rude collection team (us donating them a lovely corner sofa from next) despite us stating no stains he initially states there are stains and then no stains. Not someone you would want in your house.

Absolute treasure trove of lovely, unusual and interesting articles for sale for an EXCEEDINGLY cheap price! Great helpful staff and manager is top class, as is Jo, one of the volunteers. You'd be mad not to visit. Imagine what you might find...

This sizeable furniture store is located right in the middle of Scott Arms Shopping Centre and offers a wide range of cut-price settees, tables, wardrobes and shelves, the majority of which are second-hand. Prices here are quite simply astonishing (I stumbled across a stylish dark red leather sofa for just £25!), but sadly, most of the products haven't exactly been treated very well by their previous owners and are caked in dirt and heavily worn. Additionally, as with most furniture shops, the staff are a little on the intimidating side, favouring high-pressure sales and often jumping on customers the second they walk through the door.
