The staff are so rude and 2 off that serve on the self service and the costumer service desk have a street gangster attitude they try to embarrass you , they also have racist behaviour multiple occasions have witnessed treating people differently based on how they lookAlso they walk around like they own the place and apparently everyone is the manager there

Nice big Tesco with plenty of parking. Cafe on the upper level. Only negative is there are sometimes people begging at the front entrance.

Nice clean and tidy store for the area. Fully stocked and lots of parking in well presented grounds . Will be good to see if it's kept that way in the future still a great store. New snack area now in.

I am a well-being coordinator at a local care home in the hodge hill area. Tesco Hodge hill was kind enough to donate a £25 gift card which we purchased plants in store with to help brighten up our garden. Thank you Nicola and the team at Tesco Hodge Hill for your generosity. From all the Residents and Staff at Hodge Hill Grange Care Home x

Nice experience to find several packs of chicken thighs expired for 5 days still for sale on the shelves! The manager did not even have the courage to come out! Disgusting!!!

Just popped in to Tesco to buy a few items and picked two sweets which the label clearly said £1.20 but Clubcard price is £1.00. Went to the checkouts and spoke to a gentleman named Owen saying they are £1.20 but £1.00 under Clubcard. He turned around and said no they are £2.50. He than went with his colleague to check and came back saying they couldn?t find it where I ended up walking with Owen showing him where they were. He witnessed himself there was a whole box of them sweets but got the label and called his colleague on the phone which Owen told me I couldn?t have it. I was than introduced to a colleague named Hassan Malik who got really angry saying I ain?t lieing to you even though I didn?t say that he was and insisted he wasn?t going to honour it. This is not the first time it happened as last time I made a complaint about a young lady by calling the head office but nothing was done. I didn?t appreciate slight attitude that Hassan had given me by shrugging his shoulders and saying he wasn?t going to honour it, when it should have. I have been a loyal customer of Tesco and don?t expect to be treated badly like this. I understand if there was one or two sweets but there was a whole box of them which I did take a picture as you can see in the attachment.
