The security kept following me and staring at me like I was going to steal something. It made me feel really uncomfortable. He followed me all the way to the till. This happened like last week. Most likely bc I was black not even to play into anything. First time I ever felt this way

It would be much more helpful if you were open during your open times. I arrived at 10pm and your signage and Google entry both say your are open until 11 but the doors didn't open and noone was inside to enquire about why you were closed.

It?s 7.30 am and the bakery shelves have not been stocked?. Why are staff so lazy in getting bakery out in time for opening??

On several occasions I have arrived at this store which apparently opens at 6am, to find it not open. I then have to find another store. This is happening on an all too regular basis. Bad management.

Always close early which is a pain when i?m trying to pick up some food on the way back from work. Stay open or change your opening hours !

closed before it was scheduled to, not happy. I went to another tesco which did the same, it was half an hour before it was meant to close.

As a new student in Birmingham, ive had the "privilege" of visiting pretty much every Tesco express in the City centre, theres 3 different stores on one stretch of road within a 3-5 minute walk of eachother, and i have to say, this is by far the worst branch in the City Centre for a number of reasons.1: The staff pay absolutely no attention whatsoever, id even go as far to say that customers may as well be invisible, and when they aren't ignoring your existence, the tone they speak in makes you feel like you're just an inconvenience in their day.2: The Security is the opposite of the staff, but not in a good way, every time you walk in you are immediately met with daggers and death glares, you could walk in covered in blood with a machete and get the same reaction you get every other time, they follow you around as if you have stolen a bag of shopping just for walking through the door.3: (This one is a personal pet peeve) As i stated before, i am a Uni student, i am 20 years old, 6ft5, with a full beard and tattoos, but no matter what age you are, if you want Cigarettes or Alcohol, take ID with you because you will be asked no matter what. Not a huge issue but its a massive inconvenience when you aren't one of those people who carries ID just to nip to the shops.(My friends and I have visited this store on multiple occasions and all had the same experience every single time so this isnt a one time ordeal)

As you enter the building, security looks at you like you're going to steal even though I didn't wear a hoodie & I'm paying for my food & everything is on CCTV anyway ?? but they should concentrate on the fake homeless people who begging outside. Some staff can be moody tooIt's slightly small there is all the everyday essentials like food & drinks.

Nothing special. Security just will mess with you when entering.

I really like Tesco, but with Sainsburys opposite it. It does make it hard to go into what shop for a quick morning bite.

There are a lot of homeless people begging for money, but the Tesco's itself is quite good.

A very impolite security guard banned the shop even though it was 10:53 PM and the shop closes at 11:00 PM. I only needed one thing. Tesco should be selected by better Staff.I am very disappointed and advise against buying from this store.
